Buyer must promptly inspect the products upon their delivery and must notify Seller in writing of any claims within 5 Calender days of their date of delivery. Buyer shall immediately notify Seller of products which are believed to be defective and must take representative samples of the products in question and provide those to Seller as soon as possible.
