AUXILIARY MATERIALS
VACUUM FILMS
Is a flexible film to enclose the part and seal it from outside air. Vacuum bag material is available in a tube shape or a sheet of material. A vacuum is then drawn on the vacuum bag and atmospheric pressure compresses the part during the cure. When a tube shaped bag is used, the entire part can be enclosed within the bag. When using sheet bagging materials, the edges of the vacuum bag are sealed against the edges of the mould surface to enclose the part against an air-tight mould. Vacuum Film temperature compatible range 100°C to 400°C
RELEASE FILMS
Mainly used during simple debulking operations. Used in various composite product manufacturing processes. Retain necessary quantity of resin in the laminate, can be used to release ancillary materials from the part. Different perforation sizes available. Release Film temperature compatible range 120°C to 316°C
SEALANT TAPES
For sealing of vacuum bag in ply compaction and debulking operations, For sealing of vacuum for debulking / compacting, envelope bagging, resin damming or as pressure strip. For sealing of vacuum bag on the mould or for sealing film in ovens and autoclaves. Can be used in high temperature processes for envelope bagging, resin damming or as pressure strip. For sealing of vacuum bag in processes with ultra-high temperature. Sealing tape temperature compatible range 100°C to 420°C
RELEASE FABRICS
It provides controlled porosity and release from all conventional resin systems. Used in various composite product manufacturing processes.
Temperature range maximum 260°C
Thickness Range : 40 to 150µm
PEEL PLIES
Specially designed for structural bonding by production of high performance composite parts. Polyester peel plies without release coating, Polyamide peel plies without release coating, Polyamide peel plies with release coating. Temperature range maximum of 180°C to 250°C
BREATHERS / BLEEDERS
Non-woven fabrics for improving of vacuum bagging process by diverse range of pressures and temperatures. Can be used as absorbing material in the process up to 2 bars. Can be used as breather and absorbing coat for medium to high pressure cycles.
Temperature range maximum of 205°C to 400°C
ADHESIVE TAPES
All-purpose double-backed holding tape, Transparent tapes, High Strength adhesive tape, Release tape, Masking tape, Holding tape etc.,.
Carrier Type: Cloth, Vinyl, Polyester, PTFE, Polyimide.
Adhesive Type: Rubber, Acrylic, Silicone.
Temperature range maximum of 60°C to 399°C
RUBBER
High strength compound with a catalyst cured system. It is a cured transparent elastomer with excellent elongation properties and low modulus values, which make it an ideal choice for deep, draw vacuum applications. Cured silicone elastomer, transparent, for making re-usable vacuum bags. Uncured silicone elastomer, transparent, for making re-usable vacuum bags. High temperature uncured or cured heat-resistant elastomer ranges.
Temperature range maximum 204 to 343°C
Elongation Range : 210 to 1100%
TOOL RELEASE
Semi-permanent tooling release films, Cleaning agents, Sealers, Release agent solvent based, Release agent water based, Release agent wax based, Internal release agents, additives and special surface treatment etc.
VALVES & HOSES
Vacuum gauge, Vacuum Hose, Quick release Socket Connector, Quick release Plug, Blanking caps, Valves, High temperature hoses, fittings and associated repair kits.
TOOLING MATERIALS
Non-wovenSet of technological tool – master-model for composite skin tool manufacturing in resin infusion technology according to the Specification of the customer. Polyurethane board, Epoxy adhesive for bonding of boards , Two-component compound for master model build-up etc.
RESIN INFUSION MATERIALS
Adhesive spay for temporary bonding in resin infusion process, Resin line clamp, High temperature resin infusion connector, Resin line clamping device, L-Fittings for low temperature resin infusion, T-Fittings for low temperature resin infusion, Polyamide spiral wrap for high temperature resin infusion process, Soft woven distribution mesh for high temperature resin infusion process etc.
MASTER MODEL MATERIALS
Tool manufacturing using infusion process. The manufacturing of tools, which can be used in autoclaves and ovens at temperature till 200°C.
